Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges for non-custom goods such as shirts, hats, and tote bags. If your purchased a customized item, we normally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customization element of the design. However, if you have unhappy with your order for any reason, contact me at ashley@pushpinmaps.com and I’ll work with you through any issue.

What's the different between Unframed Foamboard Map; Framed Foamboard Map; and Wrapped Canvas?

Our Unframed Foam Board Map is a good option if you want to frame the map yourself. The map is printed on matte paper and mounted to the foam board to hold pins in place. Our Framed Foam Board Map is a framed version of the Unframed Foam Board Map. Our Wrapped Canvas map comes ready to hang; your custom map is printed on canvas, stretched around an internal frame and also features internal foam board to hold pins in place.

Do you collect sales tax?

At this time, we collect sales taxes on orders being shipped to Kentucky. Pushpin Maps is a registered Kentucky business.

How can I get assistance if I need it?

I (Ashley) handle all customer service inquiries. I am available Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. PST-4:00 p.m. PST at ashley@pushpinmaps.com to answer any questions. (I have a tendency to check my email after hours but try to preserve evenings and weekends for family time).


Order Status Questions

What can cause my order to be delayed?

We cannot ship pushpin maps to P.O. Box addresses. If you place your order and submit a PO box for shipping purposes, we will wait to ship your pushpin map once we receive a physical shipping address from you.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you discover an error in your order notes or want to cancel your order, please contact us at ashley@pushpinmaps.com as quickly as possible. If your order is for a customized product we cannot make changes to the design or cancel your order for a complete refund (a partial refund will be given). We respond to emails regarding design edits and cancellations as quickly as possible.

What is the status of my order?

Production times depend on the product you are ordering. Please refer to the specific product you purchased for general processing and shipping estimates. If you have a question about the status of a particular order, please email us at ashley@pushpinmaps.com.

How can I track my order?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the UPS, FedEx or USPS website, depending on the carrier who is shipping your package.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-7 business days once your item has shipped (production times are not included in this estimate). Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses, and/or Canada.

Can I expedite shipping for my order?

Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for large map shipments. We offer First Class or Priority Shipping options for some of our apparel products.

Can I rush production of my order?

Sorry, but we are unable to rush any order. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. However, each of our products is made to other (even non-custom items like hats and shirts are made to order). Please refer to the processing estimates on the specific item you are interested in purchasing.


Shipping and Delivery Questions

My order was damaged in the mail. Help!

Every once in a while, an order may get damaged in the mail. If this happens, please email a photo of the damaged item as well as the damaged shipping box to ashley@pushpinmaps.com and we will send you a replacement.

I received my pushpins before I received my map. Why?

We ship the pushpins separate from the map. You will likely receive the pins prior to receiving your map. We will send you tracking information for your map when it ships. If this is a surprise gift, please remember that you will be receiving 2 items – a small package of pushpins and a large shipping box for the map.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship to international locations other than U.S. Territories, Military APO/FPO addresses, and Canada.

Do you accept International Orders?

At this time Pushpin Maps only accepts orders shipping to Canada and within the United States.
